Sexual health

Sexual health services

Our sexual health clinics provide short consultations for sexual health checks, emergency contraception, and repeats of simple contraception.

We aim to maximise availability and make sure no one with sexually transmitted infection (STI) concerns is turned away.

We also offer long consultation (30 minute) bookings for more complex sexual health needs such as:

  • cervical smears
  • complex contraception including long-acting reversible contraception (LARCS)
  • STI vaccinations
  • transgender medicine
  • HIV PrEP
  • complex STIs.

The sexual health nurse will book you into the clinic that is best-suited for your needs.

To book a clinic session, please phone in advance.

Your call will be answered by a sexual health nurse who can discuss your needs and book you in to be seen as required.

We are offering a limited walk-in service at all our clinics but it is best to call in advance.
