Making it easier to keep in touch with patients
We will soon start to use email to communicate some appointment dates or health information with our patients.
This is an optional service designed to make life easier for patients who wish to use it.
We are in the process of sending a verification email to all patients to confirm that the email addresses we have on file are correct and that they are happy for us to communicate health information with them in this way.
The verification email will come from the following email address: Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty – Patient Verification (firstname.lastname@example.org)
