Dementia services

We offer a service for the following people with early onset dementia.

• People with age-related cognitive impairment.
• People aged under 75 at the time of referral.
• Where the GP recommends diagnostic clarification from a specialist service.

All patients wanting to use this service have to be referred by a general practitioner or other community health provider.
